Minimum 1+ years special education experience required.
Full-Time Special Education Teachers (x3)
Location: Westport, CT
School Year:
Positions Available: 2-3 Full-Time Special Education Teachers
Start Date: August 2024
End Date: June 2025
Description: We are seeking 2-3 dedicated Special Education Teachers for the school year. These full-time positions will support a K-12 caseload. The exact caseloads and specific needs will be discussed during the interview process, as the Director is currently gathering more details.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized instruction and support to students with diverse needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with general education teachers and other support staff
- Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Special Education Certification
- Experience in K-12 settings preferred, but not required
