The Whatcom Family YMCA is hiring a Lead Preschool Teacher for a 8:00 am–4:30 pm, Monday–Friday schedule to support a 3–4 year old classroom. The role requires guiding a team of assistant teachers, fostering a positive, inclusive classroom culture, and collaborating with families to support child development.
Qualified applicants will have a HS diploma, experience with young children, and current CPR/First Aid.
