Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification
• Must hold certification in either Wilson or Orton‑Gillingham programs
• Demonstrated experience working with middle‑school students
• Commitment to differentiated instruction and student-centered learning
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop and adapt Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Understanding of current special education best practices

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction using Wilson or Orton‑Gillingham methods
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to the needs of each student
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, therapists, and families to ensure holistic support
