Design Observer is looking for a Lead Product Development Engineer for their Bellingham facility. This role will oversee the product development process from concept to production, providing technical guidance to engineers and collaborating with product management and overseas suppliers. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in product development or manufacturing engineering, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with 3D CAD software like Solid Works.

This position offers a dynamic environment requiring effective project management and technical knowledge.
