• Evaluate clients' financial situations and creditworthiness to determine appropriate loan options
• Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
• Collaborate with real estate agents, underwriters, and other professionals to facilitate smooth loan transactions
• Stay updated on current mortgage products, interest rates, and lending regulations to provide informed advice
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Analyze market trends to identify potential opportunities and risks for clients
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company lending policies and procedures

• Must hold a valid and current Loan Officer license issued by the state of Washington
• Minimum of one year’s experience in the mortgage lending sector
• Knowledgeable in residential loan products, underwriting standards, and regulatory requirements
• Proven ability to analyze credit reports, income documentation, and financial statements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and real estate professionals
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities and proficient time management
• Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting
• Committed to providing exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest ethical principles
• Willingness to work onsite at our Bellingham, USA office location

$65,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly. This is a commission based position.
