Provide leadership and coaching for branch teller staff to ensure efficient and accurate processing of transactions.;
Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues and escalate to a Banker when appropriate.;
Manage day-to-day teller line duties, including scheduling, staffing, and adherence to regulatory procedures.;
Assist in onboarding and training new tellers and maintain knowledge of product guides, fees, and policies.;
Support Branch Manager in maintaining branch operational standards and compliance with audit/security controls.
