Kaiser Permanente - - - Responsibilities:
Process new and refill prescriptions, data entry, counting, labeling, stocking, filing, and inventory.;
Ensure timely, accurate distribution of medications; calculate dosages based on patient weight.;
Provide excellent patient service with safety checks and issue resolution.;
Stay current on clinical initiatives and flag high-risk meds or formulary issues to a pharmacist.;
Administer medication formularies per Kaiser policies and maintain basic drug information knowledge.
