SPT Bellingham is a growing sports and orthopedic physical therapy clinic serving active adults and athletes in an open-gym, movement-focused environment. We combine efficient systems with objective testing, progressive rehab, and hands‑on care to deliver high-quality treatment in a collaborative, team‑based setting. You will work closely with the Clinic Director, treating a balanced mix of general orthopedic and athletic patients while developing your skills in a sports/function‑forward clinic.

Your first 30 days include structured onboarding, collaborative treatment sessions with the Clinic Director, and gradual independence so you are supported, not thrown in.

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports‑related conditions
• Coach therapeutic exercise, movement retraining, and progressive loading
• Use objective tools (VALD force plates and dynamometry) to guide progression
• Apply manual therapy when clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with the Clinic Director on case progression and clinical decision‑making
• Complete documentation efficiently during the workday

• New grads welcome if motivated, coachable, and eager to grow

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington State
• Interest in sports rehab, orthopedics, and active populations
• Strong communication and time‑management skills

• Base salary $90,000 - $105,000 based on experience
• $3,000 sign‑on bonus
• Productivity bonus eligibility
