** What You’ll Do
** As a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), you’ll collaborate closely with our Physical Therapists to:
* Deliver skilled, compassionate care in patients’ homes
* Support and implement individualized treatment plans
* Educate and motivate patients and caregivers toward recovery goals
* Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes
** Qualifications
* ** Current Washington State PTA license (or eligibility prior to start date)
* One to two years of experience as a PTA; home health experience preferred
* Current BLS certification
* Commitment to excellence, integrity, and patient-centered care
