• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Must hold a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and have passed the NBCOT exam.
• Minimum one year of professional working experience.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT or be proactively in the process of obtaining the current state license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility.

The Occupational Therapist / OT is responsible for the assessment of referred patients that require rehabilitation services, which includes providing direct patient care to assess medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, restrictions, and potential for rehabilitation.

Also, the Occupational Therapist / OT will establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient’s capacity and tolerance.

• Develop a plan of care for each occupational therapy patient.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate and modify care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
