Physical Therapist (DPT) – New Graduates & Experienced Clinicians Welcome

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to join a collaborative, evidence-based outpatient practice. This opportunity is ideal for both new graduates seeking structured mentorship and experienced clinicians looking to specialize, develop leadership skills, or advance into a Clinical Director role. • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy services.
• Deliver one-on-one patient care with 40–60 minute treatment sessions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using modern technology.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development.
• Support specialty programs such as Sports Rehabilitation, Concussion Management, Vestibular Rehabilitation, and Manual Therapy.
• Contribute to leadership initiatives, mentorship, and community outreach programs.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapy license.
• Strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Interest in Sports Rehabilitation, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Concussion Management, or Manual Therapy.
• Leadership interest or clinical management experience.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Competitive salary: $82,000–$105,000+ annually

• Full-time preferred (Part-time candidates Will also be considered)
• Flexible scheduling:
  Four 10-hour shifts or Five 8-hour shifts
• Monday and Friday are required workdays for new hires
• No on-call or weekend requirements
• Approximately 9–11 patients per day during an 8-hour shift.
• Collaborative, evidence-based outpatient setting.
• One-on-one patient appointments lasting 40–60 minutes.
