Physical Therapist (DPT) – New Graduates & Experienced Clinicians Welcome

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to join a collaborative, evidence-based outpatient practice. This opportunity is ideal for both new graduates seeking structured mentorship and experienced clinicians looking to specialize, develop leadership skills, or advance into a Clinical Director role. Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy services.
- Deliver one-on-one patient care with 40–60 minute treatment sessions.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using modern technology.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development.
- Support specialty programs such as Sports Rehabilitation, Concussion Management, Vestibular Rehabilitation, and Manual Therapy.
- Contribute to leadership initiatives, mentorship, and community outreach programs.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
- Current or eligible Physical Therapy license.
- Strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in Sports Rehabilitation, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Concussion Management, or Manual Therapy.
- Leadership interest or clinical management experience.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Competitive salary: $82,000–$105,000+ annually

- Flexible scheduling:
Four 10-hour shifts or Five 8-hour shifts - Monday and Friday are required workdays for new hires

- One-on-one patient appointments lasting 40–60 minutes.
