About the Role
We are seeking passionate Community Support Workers to join our Albany Service Centre on a casual basis.
In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred care to our clients in their homes and within the community. You will play a vital role in supporting individuals to maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life, while building meaningful relationships along the way.
This is a casual basis position. We are looking for someone available weekdays and weekends between 6:00am — 10:00pm.
This role involves travel up to 68km from Albany, and MSWA pool vehicles are available to support this.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver care in line with individualised care plans and organisational policies.
- Support clients with activities of daily living, including personal care, hygiene, and dressing.
- Assist with medication support, continence care, and mobility (including hoist transfers where required).
- Provide meal preparation, domestic assistance, and shopping support.
- Accompany clients to appointments and support community access.
- Monitor and report changes in client health and wellbeing, escalating concerns as needed.
- Deliver services with a strong focus on safety, dignity, and person-centred care

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
