Peace Health is seeking a Medical Social Worker
- Hospice for a Part Time, 0.80 FTE, Day position in Bellingham, WA. The salary range for this opening is $38.22 – $57.34 per hour, with hiring based on education, experience and bargaining agreement factors.
A hiring bonus may be available. The role provides direct social work services in Home Health and/or Hospice, including biopsychosocial assessments, care planning, discharge planning, and coordination with a multi-disciplinary team.
