working out of our community based care facility, the med tech is responsible for administering medications to our residents in accordance withthe established policies and procedures as directed by the supervisor. Sapphirewill provide the training and resources to keep our employees engaged and maintain top quality care.

• provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services
• administer medications as ordered and in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility policies and procedures
• seeklicensed staff assistance as needed
• as a med tech you will followthe plan of care and chart all appropriate documentation
• communicate both orally and written with staff, residents, family members, etc.
• fostersa supportive, compassionate environment for our residents and their families
• other duties as assigned

• nac/cna or nar or hca required
• must be 18 years of age
