Clinical Responsibilities
Provide Outpatient Hematology and Medical Oncology Care
Evaluate and Manage Adult Hematology / Oncology Patients
Perform Patient Rounding
Work 1:1 With a Medical Oncologist
No Procedures Required
Clinical Environment / Support
Outpatient Clinic Setting
Works 1:1 With a Medical Oncologist
Epic EMR
Must Be Proficient With Epic
Requirements
Board Certified in Hematology / Oncology - Required
At Least 2 Years of Clinical Experience in Hematology / Medical Oncology - Required
Active Washington License - Required at Time of Presentation
Candidates Requiring Licensure Will Not Be Accepted
BLS - Required
BLS Must Be From the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, as Applicable
COVID-19 Vaccination - Required, No Exemptions
Recent Clinical Activity Requirements
Must Provide Documentation of Hematology / Medical Oncology Services Representative of the Scope and Complexity of the Requested Privileges During the Previous 24 Months
Recent Clinical Activity Requirement May Be Waived for Applicants Who Completed Training During the Previous Year
