• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license issued by the state
• Previous experience providing physical therapy in a school setting
• Familiarity with IEP processes and specialized educational accommodations
• Solid communication and documentation skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to various student needs
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
• Current CPR certification and up-to-date immunizations preferred

• Conduct assessments to determine students’ physical therapy needs within the educational framework
• Develop and implement targeted PT interventions based on IEP goals
• Work closely with classroom staff, parents, and related service providers
• Support inclusion by promoting student participation in classroom and school activities
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and data for compliance purposes
• Participate in IEP meetings and on-site professional development opportunities
