Columbia Hospitality is seeking a front desk/guest services professional for Hotel Leo in downtown Bellingham. You will efficiently manage check-in/check-out, issue room credits, issue keys, and resolve guest requests to create memorable experiences.
You will support the Front Office team with financial tasks, operate the PMS/PBX, and handle reservations while maintaining a guest‑focused, professional service standard. This is a full‑time, on‑site position at Hotel Leo.
