Position: Full Cycle Recruiter

Labor Max Staffing is seeking an internal recruiter for our Bellingham, Washington location.

This is a Monday - Friday in person position 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay range is $21.00 - $27.00 DOE

Job Description

As a full Cycle Recruiter, you proactively source talent to build a pipeline of both active and passive candidates. You develop and implement creative sourcing strategies and utilize techniques such as social media campaigns, networking events, college/university recruitment, career fairs, website postings, etc. to fill your candidate pipeline. You work closely with hiring managers, operations leaders, and executive leadership to develop and maintain an intimate level of understanding on Talent needs at Labor Max Staffing.

You execute strategic initiatives to fulfill those needs agency-wide.

Job Expectations
  • Manage the recruitment life‑cycle; including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, relocation, etc.
  • Implement creative, targeted, and cost‑effective sourcing strategies to develop a pipeline of both active and passive candidates
  • Develop insights into the agency and digital marketing industry in order to anticipate and fill open positions timely with quality talent
  • Build and foster effective working relationships with Human Resources, hiring managers, senior leaders, and business owners throughout the recruitment process
  • Consult with hiring managers to define the scope of open positions and create job descriptions and other interview materials
  • Build effective hiring and recruitment campaigns
  • Create and strengthen relationships with educational institutions and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit alumni and diverse candidates
  • Maintain proper documentation on all recruitment activities
  • Train hiring managers on interview and recruitment best practices
  • Conduct ongoing research to identify job boards, educational institutions, networking events, etc. in an effort to enhance sourcing strategies in the identification of top talent
  • Strategize for Organic growth of the Labor Max Staffing brand over different mediums, especially Linked In. Target 25% growth in followers within first 90 days.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Labor Max Staffing.
  • Collaborate with team members on the build of a standalone Talent‑focused database system to serve as a CRM‑level tool for all things Talent‑related.
Job Qualifications
  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of applicable employment‑related laws and regulations
  • Must demonstrate exemplary written and verbal communication skills
  • Must demonstrate exemplary presentation skills
  • Must demonstrate a proven track record of the ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask in a flexible and fast‑paced environment to effectively meet deadlines.
