SUMMARY

Northline Seafoods is a seafood processing company operating both land‑based plant operations in Bellingham, WA and seasonal Alaska operations. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and hands‑on HR Coordinator to support day‑to‑day HR functions across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and seasonal workforce logistics.

This role is critical to ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient HR execution year‑round in a fast‑paced, high‑volume seasonal environment. The HR Coordinator will report to and work closely with Northline’s HR Manager to implement HR processes, support managers, and ensure the employee lifecycle is aligned with Northline’s mission and values.

WHO YOU ARE

You are highly adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable working in environments where priorities shift quickly.
