Skills
Support Professionals provide administration and troubleshooting services over the phone and through remote access sessions for our Total IT clients. This position requires hands‑on experience, excellent troubleshooting skills and beyond excellent communication skills. Openings for level 1 through level 4 skill levels exist.
- 2 to 5 years experience in the IT industry as a helpdesk, desktop support or server level administrator.
- Bachelors Degree
- MCP, MCSA or MCSE preferred
- Industry Certifications – CCNA, CCNP
- Recent hands on technical expertise with Microsoft and Cisco technologies – Active Directory, Exchange Server, SharePoint, SQL Server, ISA Server, PIX, Cisco IOS, Windows Server, Windows XP, Vista
- Ability to write scripts in VBScript
- Deep commitment to client satisfaction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Committed to growing technical skills
- Must work well under pressure
