Associate Attorney

LOGS Legal Group LLP has been a pioneer in creditors’ rights law and is building a pipeline of Associate Attorneys across the United States for future opportunities.

• Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings in person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver responsive, client‑focused legal services in a high‑volume practice.

• Barrister licensed in at least one of the following states: AL, AZ, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, and WA. Multi‑state licensure is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience preferred; however, all qualified applicants are considered.
• Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and driven.

• Varies by role and candidate location (onsite, hybrid, and remote options available).
• Local court‑related travel required.

• Ability to sit or stand for long periods.
• Ability to remain focused for extended periods.
• Ability to work on computers for a significant portion of the day.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements such as typing, clicking, and swiveling.
• Ability to multi‑task.
