Opportunities- Maintenance Technicians: work with the site team to carry out daily maintenance needs, building rapport with residents and team members.
- Maintenance Supervisors: ensure the community is in good working condition and meets company standards while leading the on‑site maintenance team. Oversee daily repairs, service requests, unit turns and preventable maintenance while building strong relationships with residents, on‑site, and regional teams.

What We Are Seeking- Team player with a “we over me” approach.
- Determined, ambitious, self‑motivated.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in property, facility, hotel maintenance or related industries.
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office, property management software (Yardi, On‑Site), and CRM solutions.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
- High School diploma or equivalency certificate.
- Valid driver’s license and insured, operable vehicle.
- Competitive pay:
Maintenance Technicians $25‑$26 per hour (DOE), Maintenance Supervisors $31‑$33 per hour (DOE). - Quarterly bonus incentive.
