Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager
The purpose of your role as a Service Manager
As a Service Manager, you will oversee a team of technicians and dispatchers who provide emergency service, preventative maintenance programs, retrofits, and upgrades for commercial and industrial customers. Responsible for redeeming operating unit gross profit objectives through leadership and management of staff while meeting contractual commitments to customers in a timely, high quality manner. Manage safety compliance and foster a culture of safety.
What we're looking for in you
- Associates degree required in construction, HVAC, or related
- 4+ years knowledge of HVAC and mechanical and plumbing systems and components
- 2+ years of demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a team
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to prepare financial justification for solutions including an understanding of energy savings
- Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately for the needs of the audience
