Site Manager, Clinical Engineering – Bellingham, WA (Relocation available)
Compensation: $,000 based on years of experience

- 5+ years in a clinical engineering or equivalent environment; strong business acumen.
- 3+ years of leadership experience (or completion of a relevant leadership development program).
- Ability to lead teams and manage operations and financial performance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience as Assistant CE Manager, Senior Technician, Supervisor, or similar roles.
- Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred.
The Site Manager leads clinical engineering operations and drives customer service excellence through effective execution of the Medical Equipment Management Plan (MEMP). This role oversees daily site functions, develops team members, maintains strong customer relationships, and serves as the primary liaison between hospital leadership and the clinical engineering team. The manager also ensures compliance with regulatory standards and directs Joint Commission inspections.

- Improve communication, processes, and team consistency
- Act as the “go‑to” leader for the site
- Handle escalations with professionalism and follow‑through
- Oversee site operations and guide technicians and supervisors.
- Staff, schedule, coach, and develop team members.
- Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide timely feedback.
- Recommend and influence operational improvements.
- Manage service operations, contracts, labor, parts, and inventory.
- Troubleshoot root‑cause issues and apply policies with sound judgment.
- Drive continuous process improvement and report key metrics to leadership.
- Lead Joint Commission inspection readiness.
- Manage KPIs (PMs, WOTs, alerts, regulatory compliance) and work order approvals.
- Identify variances and implement corrective actions.
- Build strong relationships with hospital leadership and vendors.
- Present Quarterly Value Reviews and system‑level reports.
- Identify growth opportunities and support scope‑of‑service expansion.
- Manage site readiness, budget performance, and multiple accounts as needed.
- Responsible for sites generating $3M–$10M annually, including potential T&M or small P&L sites.
- Financial management and tactical operations oversight.
