Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Multi-Site Community Manager to oversee 2 small communities and manage a team of 7.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies
  • Enforcing leases and maintaining and securing premises
  • Optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency
  • Contracts with Tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposit
  • Interview Tenants and run credit checks
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the financial performance of properties
  • Terminating leases and initiating eviction proceedings
  • Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it
  • Addressing tenant complaints and inspecting vacated units
Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Experience as a property manager or in similar role
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to coach and lead a team of employees
  • Knowledge of Entrata a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Working knowledge of property regulations and Fair Housing laws
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
