Are you an experienced Service Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in the Commercial HVAC sector of the Construction industry? Our company is in search of a committed, seasoned professional who is adept at leading a team, managing service operations, and driving profitability. As a Service Manager for Commercial HVAC, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills and expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that values innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Overseeing all service operations related to Commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and air conditioning units.
• Ensuring the implementation of preventative maintenance programs for all HVAC systems and equipment to maximize their lifespan and efficiency.
• Coordinating and supervising retrofit projects to upgrade and improve existing HVAC systems.
• Driving profitability through strategic planning, cost control, and effective resource management.
• Developing and executing sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
• Managing customer relations, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Supervising and coordinating the work of our HVAC technicians, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance evaluation.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards in all service operations.
• Collaborating with other departments, such as the sales and engineering teams, to optimize operations and improve service delivery.
• Conducting regular training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the mechanical, HVAC, plumbing sector.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and air conditioning units.
• Proven experience in managing service operations, including maintenance, retrofitting, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.
• A strong understanding of the principles and practices of preventative maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to drive profitability and sales in a service-oriented environment.
• Proficient in plumbing related to HVAC systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of employee development.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
