- Manage relationships with external vendors and brokers
- Oversee and coordinate benefit plans
, including project management of ongoing initiatives and enhancements - Navigate and support complex employee situations
, including difficult beneficiary cases - Operate with a high level of composure, tact, and confidentiality
- Strong background in benefits administration and strategy
- Experience working with or managing benefit plans (ownership preferred, but not strictly required)
- Exposure to broker-side environments is a plus
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders
