Work Schedule: This role is required to work during normal business hours with occasional weekend or after‑hours work as needed.
Work Location: Onsite at assigned location
Position OverviewThe Area Manager is responsible for the overall accountability for training and supporting CSR representatives, including Administrators. This role ensures a high level of customer service is maintained and financial deadlines are met.
Key ResponsibilitiesDirectly supervise CSR representatives and Leads. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of team members. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. Duties include interviewing, hiring, training, assigning work, appraising performance, addressing complaints, resolving problems, and maintaining a cooperative working environment to maximize morale and effectiveness.
Required Qualifications- One‑year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence. Able to effectively communicate in one‑on‑one and small group settings.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and interpret bar graphs.
- Ability to apply common‑sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions and handle basic problems in standardized situations.
- Basic computer literacy.
