This position will manage the section of the Program Protection & Integration team responsible for data protection, all contract actions, budget, training development & implementation, policy/procedure development & maintenance. The manager will work closely with all functional organizations as well as program personnel and the customer.
Directs, coordinates, and exercises functional authority for planning, organizing, control, integration and completion of projects within area of Program Protection. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Plans and formulates data protection program and organizes project staff according to requirements. Assigns project personnel to specific phases or aspects of project. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving problems.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Expereince leading multi-functional teams to meet common goals and objectives
- Experience providing executive level briefings and meeting demanding schedules in a fast-paced environment
- Experience ensuring alignment across multiple organizations, personnel, customers, leadership etc.
- Experience integrating across multiple functional areas and identifying impacts
- You will need to be a US Citizen, and currently possess and be able to maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- Must be a self starter with outstanding verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated success addressing issues, identifying questions, relaying information and finding solutions
- Proven success for developing new/improved innovative solutions with high risks to ensure mission success
- Ability to multi-task and meet demanding schedules in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated effective problem and conflict resolution skills including experience with root cause , corrective action and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience combining and transforming independent parts of a business organization into a cohesive and synergistic whole by aligning various aspects of an organization to achieve its objectives effectively and seamlessly
- Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice
- Experience working for the government or government contractor in a classified environment
- Writing policies and procedures
- Knowledgable of protection requirements for Controlled Unclassified Information
- Knowledgable of cybersecurity and security requirements
Full-Time Salary Range: $145100.00 - $269500.00
