Nursery Workers​/Trabajadores de vivero agrícola

This job opportunity is limited to qualified, available workers that are currently eligible to work in the United States, per federal regulation.

• Field-grown production, harvest, culture and care of nursery grown products.
• Exposure to dust, dirt, heat, cold, fumes, noise, vibration, and water.
• Physical tasks: lifting, pulling, reaching, manipulating/grasping, carrying, pushing, shoveling, bending, twisting, climbing, and squatting.
• Perform all assigned work and refrain from duties not included in this description or work in areas not assigned without specific authorization.
• Work schedule:
  
  36 hours per week, Monday through Saturday, 6 hours per day from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
• Contract period:
  February 26, 2026 to May 29, 2026 (recruiting ends April 13, 2026).
• Pay: $17.13 per hour for General Nursery Work.

• At least 2 months of previous work experience.
• Willingness to commit to the entire contract period.

• Be able, willing and qualified to perform the work.
• Willingness to work in extreme temperatures.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
• Willingness to make repetitive movements.
• Extensive pushing and pulling.
• Extensive walking and stooping.
• Anticipate being available to work from the start date through the contract period.
• Perform all duties safely, adhering to orchard safety guidelines, practices and procedures.
• Wear all required and assigned personal protective equipment at all times when required.
• Wear proper clothing and footwear; all footwear must be closed-toed and durable.
• Follow instructions and general supervision provided by the Employer or designated worker.

• Plantar, cultivar, regar y cosechar cultivos, incluidos patatas, coles de Bruselas y cereales.
• Conducir y operar equipos agrícolas utilizados en la producción agrícola, como tractores y cosechadoras.
• Conectar implementos agrícolas como arados, discos y taladros a los tractores y conducir tractores en el campo para labrar la tierra, plantar y rociar cultivos.

• Conducir camiones para transportar cultivos y semillas desde los campos hasta los edificios de almacenamiento en la granja.

• 2 meses de experiencia laboral previa.
• Dispuesto a comprometerse durante todo el período del contrato.
• Cumplir con todos los requisitos.
