Join All American Marine as a Full Time Experienced Aluminum Welder/Fabricator for the Level 2 position in Bellingham, WA. The position offers hourly pay from $25.00 to $32.00, with a typical schedule of Monday‑Thursday, 6:00 am‑4:30 pm, and overtime as needed.

For over 30 years, All American Marine (AAM) has set the standard in custom aluminum vessel manufacturing, creating advanced, fuel‑efficient boats for commercial, research, and passenger transportation. Located in the maritime hub of Bellingham, WA.

You will play a crucial role in delivering top‑tier marine vessels. Responsibilities include interpreting assembly drawings, performing MIG and TIG welding to meet visual and QA standards, fabricating and welding pipe assemblies (handrails, arches, single‑hit bends on brakes), laying out parts, operating large shop equipment safely, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. Independence, teamwork, and self‑starter attitude are essential.

Minimum of two years of aluminum welding experience with strong fabricating and fitting skills.

• Minimum of 2 years aluminum welding/fabricating experience
• Produce MIG/TIG welds that meet visual and QA standards
• Follow instructions and drawings for specific tasks assigned by the weld/fab supervisor and leads
• Plan working procedures, tool and material requirements
• Fabricate parts by cutting, grinding, and welding aluminum with appropriate techniques and equipment
• Clean and prepare surfaces for welding, set up, assemble, and tack weld parts
• Safely use shop equipment to cut assemblies and material to size and shape
• Perform all functions safely, observing others in the area
• Keep equipment and work area clean and orderly
• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lb. loads, working at heights, and in confined spaces
• Successfully pass the required AAM weld skills test
• Work in a team‑oriented environment
• Follow directions, work independently when needed, and exhibit self‑starter qualities
