Cloudforce is seeking a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build the post-sale marketing function from the ground up, creating onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy programs for nebulaONE® in higher education.
You will partner with Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Marketing Operations to design lifecycle communications, onboarding sequences, case studies, and peer advocacy, while scaling programs with Hub Spot and marketing automation tools.
