The Deputy Director of Partnerships will serve as a vital link within the America Votes coalition, fostering strong, trust-driven relationships with our national partner organizations. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the coordination of national partnership convenings, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring our partners have seamless access to the electoral, programmatic, and data resources they need to achieve our shared goals.

You will act as a central connector, facilitating communication and collaboration across departments to support our mission of building a more representative democracy and winning elections in key states.

• Owning the recurring convenings of national partners at the national partnerships table ensuring national partners receive relevant electoral, programmatic, and strategic updates and guidance.
• Building and maintaining strong and trust-driven relationships with national partner organizations, modeling exceptional customer service, proactive communication, and rapid problem-solving.
• Developing rapport and trust with partners, providing vision, inspiration, clarity, and accountability toward shared goals.
