Adults
Average deliveries per 24 hours: 1-2

Clinical Responsibilities:

Rounding and admissions
Vaginal deliveries
C-section assists
Management of laboring patients
Labor inductions
L&D triage
FSE placement
IUPC placement
Vaginal laceration repair (Grade 1 & 2 perineal lacerations)

Practice Environment:

Provider may work independently/solo
Coverage includes both clinic and hospital privileges

Candidate Requirements:

Certified Nurse Midwife - Required
Minimum 1 year experience required
Must provide case logs/documentation of OB/GYN clinical activity within previous 24 months reflective of requested privileges
Comfortable independently managing labor & delivery patients

Licenses & Certifications:

Active Washington License - Required at time of presentation
BLS or ACLS (AHA or American Red Cross) - Required
DEA - Not required/not specified
