Responsibilities- The Selalexw A’Leng Tribal Care Facility (TCF) requires a responsible Registered Nurse that is dedicated, compassionate, and responsible for delivering the highest quality of services when caring for our Lummi Elders.
- Manage residents’ care and assessments.
- Develop individualized care plans.
- Medication administration and monitoring.
- Supervise the caregivers.
- Document client progress and update care plans.
- Ensure compliance with health care regulations and Tribal Policies.
- Demonstrate strong clinical skills, effective communication, and a deep sense of empathy for our Lummi Elders.
