Peace Health St. Joseph Medical Center is a Level II, nonprofit hospital with 238 total beds and 44 ED beds. We average 90 hours of physician coverage and 30 hours of APC coverage daily, overseeing an annual volume of 69,000 visits per year with a 22% admit rate. Our dedicated team handles high acuity cases while seeing an average of 2.1 patients per hour.

Our physicians respond to floor codes and assist APCs in the fast track. Full specialty support teams are available for consultations as needed. Skagit Valley uses EPIC EMR and Dax Co Pilot AI.

Position Overview

• Competitive compensation based on a combination of hourly rates, RVUs, and quality bonus components, with estimated annual compensation of $86 to $111 hourly as a W-2 provider
• New grads undergo a 60-day orientation at half regular rate before moving to standard rate
