Compensation
: hiring range is generally between $28.00-$33.55/hour and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience.
Available Differentials
:
Float ($3.00/hour), Evening after 5:30 p.m. ($3.00/hour), Saturday/Sunday ($2.50/hour).

Part‑Time Float Schedule (20 hours/week):
Variable hours, days, and locations with start times as early as 6:30 a.m. and end times as late as 11:30 p.m. Schedule posted 30 days in advance.

Schedule
:
Wednesday (6.5-hour shift), Thursday (12-hour shift), Friday (12-hour shift), and every other weekend (9.5-hour shifts each day). Shifts are between 6:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m., 40 hours/week.

• Room patients, take manual vitals, operate an automated BP machine, collect data, report to the EHR, and work the MA in‑basket for prescription requests.
• Perform clinical skills such as IV, urinary catheters, ear lavage, EKG, sterile set up, injections, immunizations, point-of-care testing, swabbing, and phlebotomy.
• Work independently and as a team member, wearing a mask all day, including an N95 when protocol directs.
• Use strong interpersonal skills to communicate with other departments, patients, and peers.
• Apply critical thinking to use resources, follow protocols and policies, and prioritize workflow with strong time management.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Washington State LPN license in good standing.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with patients and physicians in pressure situations while maintaining tact and diplomacy.
• Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS CPR certification.
• Must have reliable and predictable attendance.

The clinic provides care across a wide range of medical decisions, including vaccinations, reproductive health, end-of-life decision-making, and gender-affirming treatment. Pay Range
: $27.47 - $38.46
