Licensed Practical Nurse – Whatcom County

Signature Healthcare at Home is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to serve the Whatcom County area. The role involves traveling in the field most of the time, with occasional in-person meetings at the company's Bellingham office. Ideal candidates have home health experience or a strong desire to grow within this setting.

• Provide direct patient care and assist in developing comprehensive care plans.
• Deliver accurate and timely documentation of patient services.
• Manage pain/symptom control, evaluate patient responses to treatment/medication, and prepare and use supplies or equipment efficiently.
• Complete mandatory education requirements, compliance training, and meet productivity expectations within hourly status.
• Travel as needed outside of the assigned area based on census or current staffing.
• Drive daily to patients’ homes, complete documentation via smartphone, and participate in case conferences or case management with nursing staff.

• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
• One to two years of nursing experience preferred; community health or medical/surgical experience a plus.
• Currently licensed and maintains licensure in Washington.
• Valid CPR certification and a valid driver’s license with personal automobile insurance for daily travel.

• Full‑time Monday through Friday, day shift.
• Auto‑schedule patients to set your own day.
• Hourly $35–$40 with overtime eligibility.
• Hourly mileage reimbursement.
• Medical/Dental/Vision coverage starts the first of the month after hire.
• Paid company holidays, 2+ weeks paid time off, and 401k match after 90 days.
