Peace Health -  - Responsibilities:
Assist the healthcare team in maintaining an efficient nursing unit through effective communication and nursing skills.;
Provide patient care within the scope of a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A) as directed by the Registered Nurse.;
Report significant changes in patient status to the appropriate care team member.;
Perform unit clerical duties including transcription of orders, coordinating admissions/discharges/transfers, and coordinating registrations/insurance authorizations.;
Monitor and maintain unit supplies and promote safety and infection control policies on the unit.
