Job Description
Peace Health is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our Hospice team in Bellingham, Washington.
This full-time position supports patients receiving hospice care through a combination of inpatient hospice, telehealth, symptom management, and interdisciplinary care coordination. Join a highly collaborative team dedicated to providing exceptional end-of-life care for patients and their families.

- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner.
- Hospice and/or Palliative Care experience preferred.
- Washington license required.
- Epic experience preferred.
- Full-time (1.0 FTE);
Monday–Friday 8am-5pm - Shared after-hours telephone call coverage.
- $78.25- $92.21 per hour, based on experience.
