The Opportunity

As an RN Caregiver Health, you'll serve as a clinical expert in occupational health, workplace safety, and infectious disease management. You'll partner with Human Resources, Infection Prevention, Safety teams, and organizational leaders to promote a safe work environment while supporting caregivers through immunization programs, workplace exposures, return-to-work processes, and health screenings.

This role offers the opportunity to influence caregiver wellbeing across the organization while utilizing a broad range of nursing skills beyond traditional bedside care.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate and support daily operations of the caregiver health clinic
  • Conduct pre-employment health and immunization screenings
  • Manage immunization, TB screening, and occupational health programs
  • Lead investigations and case management for infectious disease exposures
  • Evaluate workplace illness and injury reports
  • Guide caregivers and leaders through work restrictions and return-to-work processes
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, DNV, CDC, state, and organizational requirements
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records
  • Collaborate with Infection Prevention, Safety, HR, and leadership teams
  • Participate in outbreak investigations, exposure follow-up, and infection prevention initiatives
  • Assist with policy development, education programs, and quality improvement efforts
  • Provide cross-coverage support for Infection Prevention functions
  • Participate in on-call rotation as needed
What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current WA Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Minimum three years of current nursing practice experience
  • Strong knowledge of occupational health, employee wellness, and workplace safety principles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based documentation systems
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and education skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Occupational health, employee health, clinic, or related nursing experience
  • Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) credential
