RN - Emergency Department (Full-Time Nights)

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse, Emergency Department for a Full-Time (0.90 FTE), Night Shift position.

Compensation & Incentives
  • Salary Range: $45.78 - $82.98 per hour
  • Pay is based on experience and qualifications
  • Hiring bonus and relocation assistance may be available

What You'll Do

As a member of our Emergency Services team, you will:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
  • Provide expert nursing care for patients with a wide range of emergency and acute care needs.
  • Accurately document patient care and clinical interventions in the electronic health record.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary care teams.
  • Delegate and coordinate care appropriately among support staff and team members.
  • Promote a patient- and family-centered care experience.
  • Contribute to quality improvement, patient safety, and infection prevention initiatives.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development to maintain clinical excellence.
Qualifications Required
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire
  • Minimum of one year of recent Emergency Department nursing experience
  • Ability to independently manage:
  • Cardiac patients
  • Complex medical-surgical patients
  • Pediatric emergencies
  • Multiple trauma cases
Preferred
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Prior experience as a Registered Nurse beyond the minimum requirements
Emergency Department Certifications

The following certifications are required within the specified time frames:

  • ACLS within 6 months of hire
  • PALS within 6 months of hire
  • NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification within 6 months of hire
  • TNCC within 12 months of hire
