Trident Seafoods - - Responsibilities:
Conduct standardized tests on products and materials to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulations;
Document data obtained during quality assurance activities;
Record test data such as weights, temperatures, moisture content, qualities and quantities inspected;
Apply acceptance/rejection criteria and mark items with grade and status;
Audit production facility and review employee sanitation practices;
Communicate significant QA issues to Production/QA Management and prepare reports on QA activities
