Assistant in Training

Overview

As an Assistant in Training (AIT) or Assistant Manager, you will drive the mission to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests. Responsibilities include sales, merchandising, operations, training, recruiting, and leading teammates.

Pay range: $22‑$25 per hour. Position includes base pay plus commission on sales. Full‑time teammates receive comprehensive benefits:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. One to three months related retail experience or training acceptable.

Requires standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, manual dexterity, and ability to perform tasks such as climbing or stooping. Vision requirements include near, distance, color, and depth perception.

Retail store setting with moderate noise levels.
