Merchandiser - Washington, Canada

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Merchandiser to join our team in Washington, Canada. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring our products are displayed and stocked correctly in retail stores.

• Visit assigned retail stores on a regular basis to conduct product checks and restock shelves as needed
• Ensure products are displayed according to company standards and planograms
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or issues to the appropriate teams
• Build relationships with store managers and staff to promote our products and increase sales
• Conduct market research and provide feedback on product performance, pricing, and competition
• Assist with setting up displays and promotional materials for new product launches or special events

• Must be eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship
• Fluent in English (French is an asset)
• High school diploma or equivalent required (post‑secondary education in business or marketing is a plus)
• Prior experience as a Merchandiser or in retail is preferred but not required
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
