Responsibilities- Elevate and enhance the customer’s in-store experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority.
- Provide product and technical knowledge and act as a subject matter expert.
- Execute mattress selling programs using digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel experience.
- Build strong relationships, keeping the customer at the center of all interactions.
- Drive individual sales performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) while demonstrating company values.
- Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (e.g., resolve issues, send delivery reminders).
- Monitor competitor activity and stay aware of advertising and services offered by competitors.
- Leverage social media to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds as required.
Base pay or uncapped commission within the range of $59,000 to $72,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional bonus opportunities may be available for eligible leadership and individual contributor roles and are awarded at the discretion of the Company. Pay amount does not guarantee employment for any particular time.
