Territory Manager Responsibilities

• Be the Customer Champion:
  Own and nurture the customer relationship, educate customers on ordering platforms, provide menu consultations, product recommendations, and pricing strategies.
• Drive Sales Success:
  Increase case growth and acquire new business through impactful sales presentations and tailored sales approaches.
• Effective time and territory management:
  Assist with top penetration opportunities and new account openings, work closely with marketing, supply chain, and customer service.
• Develop new business:
  Identify prospective customers using market intelligence databases and business directories, follow leads from existing clients.
• Delivery Resolution:
  Manage deliveries to the routing schedule during the order process; resolve issues such as delivery mis‑picks, short loads, and stock‑outs.
• Stay on the Move:
  Use a motor vehicle to conduct regular check‑ins, site visits, and follow‑ups ensuring customer satisfaction.

• 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
• Experience in the food service industry, culinary, restaurant management, or hospitality.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Tech‑savvy: proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
