The Automotive Retail Salesperson is a dynamic and sales‑focused role crucial to our team's success. This position entails providing exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone, with the goal of meeting and exceeding customer needs. The Retail Salesperson promotes products and services, builds relationships with customers, establishes time commitments for service appointments, and conducts transaction procedures with precision and efficiency.

• Operate as a motivated sales individual.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Ability to communicate with and assist customers regarding sales and complaints to ensure retention and loyalty.
• Problem‑solving skills related to customer complaints.
• Valid automobile driver’s license at all times and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
