Full job description

Van’s Plumbing and Electric is seeking a highly skilled HVAC technician. In this role, you will perform a variety of HVAC installations, maintenance, and repairs. You will work collaboratively with a team of professionals to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and in compliance with all relevant codes and regulations. You will play a vital role in advancing our vision and mission while contributing to the growth objectives of a leading Northwest Washington provider of heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing services.

Serving Whatcom County, Bellingham, Ferndale, Lynden, and Blaine!

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain Van’s installation standards of exceptional quality and workmanship
• Meet/exceed Industry standards
• Provide customers/homeowners with post-installation walkthrough
• Willingness and ability to climb into attic/crawl spaces
• Maintain Van’s standards with a ‘customer-first’ perspective
• Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all team members
• Maintain a Van’s branded appearance at all times per company policy
• Meet and exceed individual Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Qualifications:

• Enjoy the daily challenge and working through solutions
• Valid Washington State Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Minimum of 2 years of experience required
• Project minded visualization
• Problem solving attitude
• Ability to work well as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $38.00 per hour
