Overview
All American Marine in Bellingham, WA is seeking to hire a full-time Finish Carpenter to help us efficiently build our customized vessels. The interior crew consists of a small group of highly motivated people that strive for perfection. They focus on producing a quality product while being mindful of their time and materials.
You will be expected to fabricate, assemble, and install the vessel interiors to AAM standards, including but not limited to: walls, cabinets, flooring, seating, bunk rooms, headliners, windows, doors, helm stations, and insulation, using state-of-the-art materials and processes. The typical schedule is Monday-Thursday, 6am-4:30pm plus overtime as needed

- Fabricate, assemble, and install vessel interiors to AAM standards, including walls, cabinets, flooring, seating, bunk rooms, headliners, windows, doors, helm stations, and insulation.
- Perform a wide range of carpentry work and cabinet making with an emphasis on quality and safety.
- Work in a production environment to ensure efficiency and accuracy while maintaining high workmanship.
- Minimum 2 years of detailed interior finish work required
- Experience with prepping and installing sheet vinyl and/or carpet flooring
- Experience with building custom cabinets
- Experience with drilling and tapping
- Ability to work with tight tolerance up to a 1/32"
